this comfortable and beachy 3 bedroom property is located in a tranquil, water fronted development of just 12 townhouses positioned around a central pool and whirlpool
the ground floor is open plan with a well stocked kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and two sofas Double french doors lead to the private patio with loungers and an outdoor eating area for 6 guests. The patio is the perfect place to watch the humming birds and just steps from the lovely pool.
upstairs are 3 bright bedrooms The master bedroom has delightful views of the pool, a TV and a small en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 can be set up with a king sized bed or 2 single twin beds plus a double sofa bed for children. Bedroom 3 is small with bunk beds. Guests in bedroom 2 and 3 share the house bathroom. The property has air conditioning throughout and there's a dedicated parking space for one car.
